Rasiphelo Maintenance Solutions is an integrated EME (Exempt Micro Enterprise) that is a 100% black-woman owned (BWO), Level 1 BEE company offering maintenance solutions to the mining industry. As a differentiator, we specialise in engineering supplies, maintenance services and industrial cleaning.
This is an area where there was previously no significant involvement by black women owned companies. Highly experienced and competent engineers, project managers, artisans and skilled personnel ensure that projects are delivered to specification within agreed cost and time frames. We have identified that there is a need for black women to participate in the mining industry in line with the mining charter.
Additionally, we supply and distribute engineering consumables, tools and equipment. Our company offers a comprehensive list of products backed by an industry leading team of technically knowledgeable associates focused on delivering effectively and efficiently to its customers.
